Our refund and return policy remain applicable for a period of 30 days. Beyond this timeframe, we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, items must remain unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when initially received.
Certain goods are non-returnable, including:

- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Gases or liquids
Additionally, other non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Specific personal care and health items
A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory for returns.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Books displaying evident signs of use
- Opened media (e.g., CDs, DVDs)
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to causes beyond our control
- Items returned beyond the 30-day delivery period
Refunds
Upon receiving and examining your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm its receipt and update you on the refund status. If approved, we will initiate a refund and credit the original payment method within a few days.

Only items regularly priced are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges

If the item was received as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will obtain a gift credit for the return value. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the gift giver shipped the item to themselves initially, they will receive the refund.
